Every site brings its own set of challenges and requirements. Add to that the shifting market, and you have a built-in requirement for flexibility of design. This video shows how we helped the City of Belaire, Kansas to come up with three different concepts for the use of a piece of land. As with all things, every design decision has its own set of ramifications. Those ramifications (and benefits) are illustrated in the tabular information shown for each concept.
